Abstract:
To explore the influence of weft yarn and weave structure of interwoven fabrics on wrinkle recovery property of fabrics, this paper designs A and B wearable fabrics and analyzes the relationship between structual change and wrinkle recovery property of fabrics caused by different weave structure and linear density of weft yarn. The result shows that the weave structure of fabrics has direct influence on winkle recovery property of fabrics; under the condition of same warp and weft density and thickness, wrinkle recovery property of fabrics is controlled by the floating length of yarn; the looser the interweaving structure of fabrics is, the larger the activity space among yarns will be and the stronger the recoverable deformation ability will be when fabrics are subject to external force; fabrics developed by interweaving of yarns with different thicknesses have a better wrinkle recovery property than the same yarn weaving products.
