The Mulberry-Dike-Fish-Pond in Zhujiang Delta and its value of ecological civilization

Mulberry-Dike-Fish-Pond, a famous traditional mode in Zhujiang Delta, whose value of ecological civilization is worth paying attention to, has good society, economy and culture effect in the Economy Construction, Politics Construction, Culture Construction, Society Construction and Ecology Construction, “Five-in-One” Modernization Construction of our country. In this paper, Mulberry-Dike-Fish-Pond and its eco-civilization characters are both illustrated in details in ways of qualitative analysis and empirical research. The research shows that its eco-civilization value is outstanding, which is characterized by dealing with harmonious relationship between human and nature, as well as between human and society in the light of local conditions, implicating the eco-civilization concept of Respecting Nature and People Foremost, emphasizing the conception of Circular Economy; protecting the ecology safety and boosting the sustainable development of the region. Realizing and evaluating the Eco-civilization values of Mulberry-Dike-Fish-Pond, not only benefits the heritage and development of the special economy mode, but offers references and paradigms to eco-civilization construction and circular economy development in our country
