摘要:
    降低喷气织机的能耗仅在一些单项方面节能,效果有限,经济意义不大,应从供气系统到用气系统及其他辅助环节全方位采取措施。探析了传统供气系统存在的问题,通过变频改造,节能效果明显;生产车间采用大小环境分区空调对节能也有一定的贡献;对于用气系统,重点应优化引纬参数和选配节能性能优良的元器件;喷气织机制造厂应用RTC纬纱实时控制系统,主驱动采用Sumo开关磁阻电机等技术,亦不失为一种节能的好措施。
Abstract:
This paper believes it should be all-round carried on to reduce energy-consumption of air-jet Loom.The steps of energy-saving should be taken comprehensively for gas supply systems, gas using systems aswell as some other subsidiary things, because the result of economy is limited if some step’s only taken to save energy unilaterally. The paper also expounds the problems existing in the gas supply systems while putting forward some methods to improve frequency conversion as to get the clear results; it contributes a lot to the energy-saving to apply the decision air-conditioning style of large and small environment to the production workshops; as to the gas using systems, importance should be attached to the optimization of parameters of weft insertion and the option of the components with nice energy-saving; It’s also an effective strategy to apply the real-time control of RTC weft to Air-jet Looms factories, and Sumo motor of switched-reluctance to the main driver as well.
