摘要:
    为赋予真丝制品新的功能,拓展其应用领域,采用自制的芦荟纳米银溶液整理真丝织物,测试其抗菌和抗紫外性能。研究表明,采用植物芦荟可成功制备纳米银,整理的真丝织物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑菌率可达99.71?%和99.54 %,且耐洗性良好。真丝织物的UPF值由处理前的6.52提高到处理后的36.62,且洗涤50次后UPF值仍可达24以上。芦荟纳米银整理真丝织物具有良好的抗菌性能和紫外线屏蔽效果。
Abstract:
In order to realize the multifunctionality of silk product and develop its application, aloe nanosilversolution was prepared. Then the silk fabrics were treated with aloe nano-silver solution, and their antibacterialproperties and anti-UV properties were studied. The results showed the finished silk fabrics hadgood antibacterial performances and anti-UV properties. Bacteriostatic rate respectively reached 99.71 % and99.54 % against Escherichia coli (E.coli) and Staphylococcus aureus (S.aureus) with good washing durability,and the anti-UV properties were enhanced distinctly, with the UPF value from original 6.52 to 36.62 and stillmaintained up to 24 after washing 50 times.
