摘要:
    采用ICP-OES法测定纺织品中的可萃取重金属铬、铜、镍的残留量,并评定测量结果的不确定度。结果表明,铬、铜、镍的扩展不确定度(k=2)分别为0.052、0.10、0.070 mg/kg,工作曲线的拟合和测试重复性对测试结果的影响最大。
Abstract:
 In this paper, the heavy metals of copper, nickel and chromium residue in textile were tested by ICP-OES, and the uncertainties of measurement results were evaluated. The results showed that the expanded uncertainties(k=2) of chromium, nickel and copper were 0.052 mg/kg, 0.10 mg/kg and 0.070 mg/kg respectively. The uncertainties were most influenced by working curve-fitting and test repeatability.
