摘要:
    针对贾卡面料来样设计耗时费力的现状,提出一种优化方法。在经编知识理论学习及来样织物分析的基础上,着重研究贾卡面料在平面设计软件中的表现形式,进而分析其对工艺的影响,结果发现在Photoshop中对原图按照一定的程序操作,尤其是对索引颜色的新发现使得花型导入工艺软件无杂色。该优化方法既简单明了,又可使花纹线条优美清晰;既减少了工艺人员的工作量,大大提高了工作效率,又方便工艺软件更好地识别。
Abstract:
 This article proposes an optimization method for the present situation that the design of Jacquard fabric sample is time-consuming and taxing. The research focused on the design methods of jacquard fabric in the graphic design software and then analyzes the effect based on the theory of warp knitting and the analysis of fabric sample. The result shows that the operation in certain steps on the original photo in Photoshop, especially the new discovery of index color makes there will be no variegation when pattern has been imported to the process software. The simple method can make the edge of pattern beautiful and clear. In this way the work efficiency is greatly raised.
