摘要:
    采用壳聚糖季铵盐(HTCC)溶液对盐缩丝纤维进行处理,对比和分析了普通桑蚕丝纤维及经HTCC溶液处理前后盐缩丝的表面微观形态、聚集态结构及力学性能的变化情况。结果表明,经HTCC溶液处理后,盐缩丝纤维表面有明显的纵向刻痕,内部结构变得紧密,结晶度提高,热稳定性增强,力学性能得到一定程度的改善。
Abstract:
Calcium nitrate modified silk fiber was treated by chitosan quaternary ammonium salt (HTCC) solution, and then the changes of surface micro-morphology, the aggregation structure and the mechanical properties among the Bombyx mori silk fiber and calcium nitrate modified silk fiber before and after treated with HTCC solution were compared and analyzed in this paper. The results showed that there were obvious longitudinal strips on the surface of calcium nitrate modified silk fiber treated with HTCC, and internal structure became more closely. In addition, the crystallinity and the thermodynamic stability of calcium nitrate modified silk fiber were improved, and the mechanical properties were also improved to some extent after HTCC treatment.
