摘要:
    选用蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝针织物为研究对象,针对蚕蛹蛋白粘胶长丝在碱性条件下易发生水解的问题,选用Na2CO3作碱剂,通过单因素实验法,讨论了各因素对手感、白度和顶破强力的影响,确定了较佳的漂白工艺,即过氧化氢体积浓度25 mL/L(质量分数为30 %),尿素质量浓度10 g/L,漂白温度70 ℃,漂白时间70 min,pH值为10。采用该工艺可获得良好的漂白效果。
Abstract:
Cocoon pupa protein viscose filament knitted fabric was chosen as research object in this paper. In view of the pupa protein viscose filament is easy to give rise to the hydrolysis problem under the alkalinity condition, taking Na2CO3 to make the neutralization agent, the single factor experiment method is used to discuss the influence of various factors on hand-feel, whiteness and the bursting strength. The optimum conditions are hydrogen peroxide concentration 25 mL/L(Weight percent 30 %), urea density 10 g/L, pH value 10 at 70 ℃ for 70 min. The ideal bleaching effect can be obtained with the above process conditions.
