摘要:
    为实现涤纶织物节能环保染色,探讨了环保无味载体CWP810对涤纶纤维性能的影响及用于涤纶织物的染色工艺,并与高温高压染色效果进行了比较。结果表明:载体CWP810对涤纶纤维具有增塑作用,且不影响涤纶的热稳定性;染料质量分数为4 %时,载体CWP810的最佳质量分数为8 %,最佳保温温度为108 ℃,最佳保温时间为60 min;载体染色与高温高压染色织物色牢度一致,颜色特征很接近。
Abstract:
 To improve energy-saving and environmental-friendly dyeing of polyester fibrics, the influence on polyester fiber properties and process of environmental friendly indorous carrier CWP810 were investigated, and compared dyeing effect of carrier dyeing with that of high temperature and pressure dyeing. The results showed that carrier CWP810 had plasticizing effect, but no influence on thermostability of polyester fiber. When dyestuff mass fraction was 4 %, the optimum carrier mass fraction was 8 %, dyeing temperture was 108 ℃, and holding time was 60min respectively. Carrier dyeing could obtain consistent color fastness, very similar colour feature with high temperature and pressure dyeing.
