摘要:
     研究了涤纶绒布分散染料的碱性拔染印花,探讨了不同汽蒸条件、不同助拔剂和氢氧化钠质量分数对分散蓝284的拔白效果。研究结果表明,含氢氧化钠10 %和邻苯基苯酚0.21?%的拔白浆,在汽蒸温度120 ℃、汽蒸时间25 min下,具有良好的拔白效果。另外对分散染料进行了耐碱性测试,筛选出了不耐碱的地色染料和耐碱的花色染料。
Abstract:
 In this paper, the alkaline discharge printing process of polyester fabrics with disperse dyes was studied. The effects of steaming conditions, different auxiliaries, Sodium hydroxide and its concentrations on white discharging of
C.I. Disperse Blue 284 were explored. The results indicated that white pulp with sodium hydroxide 10 %, O-Phenyl phenoll 0.21 %, steaming at 120 ℃ for 25 min could produce excellent discharge effects. In addition, by taking alkali resistance test on disperse dyes, the grounding dyes and three primary colors which can bear strong base were filtered out.
