摘要:
     研究了绢纺原料超声波精练工艺,探讨精练过程中温度、时间和碱用量对残油率和残胶率的影响,得到超声波精练的较优工艺:在超声频率23 kHz的条件下,预浸温度、时间和碱用量分别为40 ℃、40 min、0.2 g/L,精练温度、时间和碱用量分别为80 ℃、20 min、0 g/L。此工艺下,精练温度降低,精练时间缩短,药品使用量减少。
Abstract:
 This paper is about the refining technology of waste silk bisu material with ultrasonic method. To get the best process of the refining test, effects of different ultrasonic frequency, treatment temperature, treatment time, Na2CO3 content on the amount of residual gum and residual oil were discussed. With the ultrasonic frequency of 23 kHz, the first step of refining: the ultrasonic treatment was performed for 40 min at 40 ℃, Na2CO3 was 0.2 g/L; the second step of the refining: the ultrasonic treatment was performed for 20 min at 80 ℃, Na2CO3 was 0 g/L. With this technology we will lower refining temperature, save time and will reduce chemical usage.
