通过连续变倍三目体视显微镜对云母钛珠光粉的粒径、形状、大小进行观测,采用标准分样筛、涤纶单纤丝网目对珠光粉的粒径进行逐一分样筛选,对珠光粉印花时的粒径与筛网关系、珠光粉与黏合剂的配比关系、珠光粉的配色与承印物底色的关系进行了分析,并将结论应用于多次批量生产,确定了珠光粉的印花工艺。研究结果表明,珠光粉的粒径大小、形状及其在黏合剂中所占的比例,与丝网目数的选择、承印面料的底色、精细图案边缘的清晰度有着直接关系。
Abstract:
Through the continuous zoom stereo microscope on three eyes, particle size, shape, size of mica titanium pearl powder were observed. By using standard sample sieve and polyester monofilament mesh, size of the pearl powder was filtered one by one. When printing on pearl powder, the relationships between particle size and plug mesh, the relationships between pearl powder and the mixture ratio of binder, and the relationships between pearl pink background color and substrate color were analyzed. Furthermore, the conclusion is applied to mass-produce for many times, and the printing technology of pearl powder is identified. The results showed that pearl powder’s particle size, shape and proportion in the adhesive have a direct relationship among the choice of wire mesh, printing fabric background color, and fine pattern edge sharpness.
