摘要:
采用特氟龙整理剂(聚四氟乙烯)对涤纶织物进行三防整理,利用拒水性测试、织物渗透压测试、透气透湿性能测试、防油性能测试等评定三防整理的效果,讨论了整理剂质量浓度、焙烘温度、焙烘时间等对涤纶织物三防性能的影响。研究结果表明,涤纶织物经特氟龙整理剂三防整理后三防效果明显增加,特氟龙整理剂对涤纶织物进行三防整理的最佳工艺条件为:整理剂质量浓度45g/L,焙烘温度170 ℃,焙烘时间50 s。
Abstract:
This paper mainly discusses the impact of Teflon concentration, baking temperature, baking time etc. on the water proofing, oil repellent and antifouling finishing performance with Teflon finishing agent (polyfluortetraethylene). In addition, the effect of multifunctional finishing is estimated by measuring fabric’s water repellency, osmotic pressure, gas permeability, moisture penetrability and grease proof. As shown from the experimental results, after the multifunctional finishing of the polyester fabrics with Telfon finishing agent, the multifunctional finishing effect is obviously improved. The optimal process conditions for the treatment of polyester with Teflon agent are: Teflon concentration 45 g/L, baking temperature 170 ℃ and baking time 50 s.
