摘要:
    用乙醇作溶剂,通过浸渍、加热的方法提取丁香药效成分作为天然抗真菌剂,对棉织物进行抗真菌整理,制备抗真菌织物。将抑菌率作为衡量指标,检测整理后棉织物的抗真菌效果,并采用FAST风格仪对整理前后织物的风格进行了测试比较。研究表明:采用丁香抗真菌剂进行抗菌整理,织物对白色念珠菌和红色毛癣菌均有良好的抑制效果,抑菌率达到90 %以上,抗菌成分与织物结合紧密,耐洗涤性好。整理后织物的织物的弯曲刚度、剪切刚度变大,手感更加硬挺、丰满,制备的天然抗菌剂可有效地应用于预防皮肤真菌病和改善抗真菌纺织品性能。
Abstract:
 Using ethanol as the solvent, this paper extracts effective components of clove as a natural antifungal agent with the method of steep and heating, conducts antifungal finishing on cotton fabrics and prepares antifungal fabrics. It tests the antifungal effect of cotton fabrics after finishing with antibacterial rate as a measure indicator and conducts a test and comparison on the style of fabrics before and after finishing using FAST style instrument. The research shows that fabrics subject to antifungal finishing using clove antifungal agent have a good inhibitory effect on candida albicans and trichophyton rubrum with antibacterial rate over 90 %, close integration of antibacterial elements and fabrics and a good washability. Fabrics after finishing have increased bending stiffness and shear stiffness and touch more stiff and plump. The natural antifungal agent prepared can be effectively used for preventing dermatomycosis and improving the performance of antifungal textile.
