摘要:
    提出了一种以上浆方式对长丝进行聚氯乙烯(PVC)涂层处理的方法。对影响涂层上浆率的工艺因素进行了探讨,结果表明目板孔径和涂层剂黏度与上浆率呈正相关关系,但在低黏度条件下,孔径增大上浆率的增加不明显;上浆率的增加车速与上浆率也呈正相关关系,但影响有限。为了探讨合理的PVC涂层丝织物定形温度,获得较好的定形效果,设计了涂层丝织物定性后黏结点强度的测试方法,对不同定形温度条件下织物交织点黏接强度进行了测试,结果表明,在定形温度为140℃时能够在涂层完好性和黏结强度上获得较好的平衡。
Abstract:
 This paper puts forward a method of conducting PVC coating processing for filament by the way of sizing and discusses process factors affecting the sizing percentage of coating. The result shows that the bore diameter of comber board and viscosity of coating agent have a positive correlation with sizing percentage, but size percentage doesn’t increase significantly with the increase of bore diameter under the condition of low viscosity; the increased speed of sizing percentage also has a positive correlation with sizing percentage but with limited influence. In order to discuss the reasonable setting temperature of PVC coating silk fabric and get a good setting effect, this paper designs the test method of the strength of bonding point after setting of coating silk fabric and tests the bonding strength of fabric weaving point under different setting temperature conditions. The result shows that a good balance between coating integrity and bonding strength can be obtained when the setting temperature is 140 ℃.
