摘要:
介绍了红外光谱法和拉曼光谱法的基本原理和特点,对照分析了纤维素纤维、合成纤维、吸水性纤维等典型纺织纤维的红外光谱图和拉曼光谱图,最后比较了红外光谱法和拉曼光谱法的检测方法。结果表明:拉曼光谱法特别适合定性分析吸湿性纤维及合成纤维,红外更适合分析牛奶及大豆等复合蛋白质纤维,两者具有互补性;红外光谱及拉曼光谱均适合鉴别聚丙烯腈纤维、聚酯纤维等合成纤维;红外光谱法及拉曼光谱法均可实现无损纺织品纤维定性鉴别,与红外光谱法相比,拉曼光谱法操作更省事省时,更简便。
Abstract:
This paper presents the fundamentals and characteristics of infrared spectrometry and Raman spectrometry, conducts contrast analysis of infrared spectrogram and Raman spectrogram of typical textile fibers such as cellulosic fiber, synthetic fiber and hygroscopic fiber and finally compares the detection methods of infrared spectrometry and Raman spectrometry. The results show that: Raman spectrometry is especially suitable for qualitative analysis of hygroscopic fiber and synthetic fiber; infrared spectrometry is more appropriate for analysis of compound protein fibers such as milk and soybean; the two have complementarity; infrared spectrum and Raman spectrum are applicable to identifying polyacrylonitrile fiber, polyester fiber and other synthetic fibers; both infrared spectrometry and Raman spectrometry can achieve qualitative identification of textile fibers without damage. Compared with infrared spectrometry, Raman spectrometry is more time-saving and simpler.
