摘要:
文化创意产业为高校服装教育的未来提供了广阔的发展空间,也为服装人才培养指明了改革和发展的方向。探讨了文化创意产业与高校服装人才培养的共生关系,提出了文化创意产业背景下高校服装人才培育发展策略,认为高等院校紧紧依托产学研合作教育平台,进一步加强与服装相关企业、政府文化部门之间的合作,优化现有的课程体系,充实并改善师资队伍结构,积极利用高校多学科优势及丰富的社会资源,努力培养专门的复合型的服装创意人才,才能使服装文化创意产业获得快速健康有序的发展,从而实现高等服装教育与文化创意产业之间共赢局面。
Abstract:
Cultural creative industry provides wide development space for college apparel education and also points out reform and development direction of apparel personnel training. Meanwhile, this paper discusses symbiotic relationship between cultural creative industry and college apparel personnel training, proposes development strategies for college apparel personnel training under the background of cultural creative industry. Colleges should closely depend on the educational platform of universityindustryresearch cooperation to further strengthen cooperation between apparelrelated enterprises and governmental cultural department, optimize existing curriculum system, enrich and improve the structure of teaching team, positively utilize multidisciplinary superiority of colleges and rich social resources to cultivate special compoundtype apparel creative personnel. In this way, apparel cultural creative industry can gain rapid, healthy and wellorganized development so as to realize winwin situation of college apparel education and cultural creative industry.
