摘要:
采用同一庄口的干茧和鲜茧在同一缫丝企业分别缫制干茧丝和鲜茧丝,对比分析鲜茧丝与干茧丝在含胶率、白度、抱合力、强力、X射线衍射曲线、红外光谱等方面的差异。实验结果表明:与干茧缫制的生丝相比,鲜茧缫制的生丝含胶率较高,白度、断裂强度和断裂伸长率均较大,但抱合性能较差;干茧缫制的生丝与鲜茧缫制的生丝在结构上没有明显的差异,均以无规卷曲和β折叠的晶体结构为主。
Abstract:
Dry cocoon silk and fresh cocoon silk are reeled respectively with dry cocoon and fresh cocoon from the same village in the same silk reeling enterprise. This paper conducts comparative analysis on differences of fresh cocoon silk and dry cocoon silk in rubber content, whiteness, cohesive force, mightiness, Xray diffusion curve and infrared spectroscopy. The experimental result shows that, compared to dry cocoon silk, fresh cocoon silk has higher content rate, percentage of loss in boiling off, whiteness, breaking strength and elongation at break but poor cohesive property; dry cocoon silk and fresh cocoon silk do not have significant difference in structure; their main structure is random coil and β folded crystal structure.
