摘要:
为剖析集群内部网络关系的运作机理,借助结构方程模型,建立共享关系、协同关系和竞争关系的交互影响及其影响产业集群竞争力的模型。以上海部分服装企业为实证对象,对调研数据进行因子分析和路径分析,认为集群中的共享关系和协同关系对服装产业集群竞争力有显著直(间)接影响,而竞争关系会对企业间的共享和协作产生不良的影响,且对集群竞争力的影响作用不明显。同时提出,政府应在集群中发挥规制作用,行业协会应发挥协调作用,促使产业集群中的企业维持良性的竞合关系,最终达到提升集群整体及群内个体企业竞争优势的目的。
Abstract:
To dissect the operating mechanism for the internal network relationship in industrial clusters, this paper establishes interactions among sharing relationship, collaborative relationship and competitive relationship and the model influencing industrial cluster competitiveness with the help of structural equation model. This paper takes some Shanghai garment enterprises as the empirical objects and conducts factor analysis and path analysis of the data investigated. This paper holds that sharing relationship and collaborative relationship in the cluster have significant direct(indirect) effects on garment industry cluster competitiveness, while competition among the firms has adverse effects on their coordination and sharing. Besides, the effects on cluster competitiveness are insignificant. The government should play an important role in regulating clusters and the industry associations should play the role of coordination to promote enterprises in industrial clusters to maintain healthy competition and cooperation relations and finally reach the purpose of enhancing the competitive advantages of cluster as a whole as well as the individual companies within the group.
