摘要:
为探究浙江青年男性的手部形态变化,运用电子数显卡尺、软皮尺对118名浙江地区1825岁男性进行手部测量,通过因子分析提取了手部形态的4个特征因子,采用K-Means聚类分析得出5种手部形态分类。对比国标手部数据,根据手形分类优化手部号型并探求手部中心号型,利用回归分析法研究手部基本尺寸与手长、手宽的关系。结果表明:与B/T 16252-1996《成年人手部号型》中东南地区成年男子相比,浙江青年男性手部宽度尺寸有所减小;手部号型可细分为5号、6型,180/76 M为中心号型;手部各基本尺寸与手长、手宽存在线性关系。建立了手部数据库,细化了手部号型标准,可为手部产品设计提供参考。
Abstract:
In order to explore the changes in the hand shape of young men in Zhejiang, a digimatic caliper and a soft tape measure were used to measure the hands of 118 males aged 18-25 in Zhejiang Province. Four eigenfactors of hand shape were extracted by factor analysis, and five kinds of hand shapes were obtained by K-Means cluster analysis. By referring to national standard hand data, the hand sizes were optimized based on hand shape classification, and the center size of hand was explored. Regression analysis was used to study the relationship between the basic size, length and width of hands. The results show that: compared with the adult men in Southeast China in GB/T 16252-1996 “Adult Hand Size”, the hand width of young men in Zhejiang has decreased; the hand sizes can be subdivided into sizes 5 and 6, with 180/76 M as the center size; there are linear relationships between the basic size, length and width of hands. A hand database is established, and the hand size standard is refined to provide a reference for the design of hand products
